How To Apply To Become A Bay Property Management Group Vendor

Thank you for your interest in signing on as a vendor with Bay Management Group! We strive to build a strong professional relationship with our vendors while providing the best prices and customer service for our clients.

Please complete the application below in full, as incomplete applications will not be accepted.

You will be required to upload the following documents with your application, so please have the following items completed and ready to be uploaded:

• Certificate of Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
• Workers Compensation Insurance Certification ($500,000 minimum)
• Completed W9
• Completed Subcontractor Agreement
• Any relevant licenses.

Once your application is received, one of our team members will be in touch to move forward with a Subcontractor Agreement.
