He also worked with me to get me in a place on short notice, which was very helpful. My experience was exactly what you would want out of a leasing agent. I would recommend you do business with him if possible.

Bay Management Group has been managing my rental property in Ba pm ltimore since 2021 and it has been a wonderful experience with prompt responses My property manager, Roxanne Cabal has been fantastic! She has been very professional, friendly and reliable and always accessible when I need anything. She promptly gets in touch with me when something needs my attention and gets issues resolved with my tenants just as fast. I am very happy with her professionalism and management of my property.

When someone invaded my checking account, I had to cancel it. Unfortunately this happened at the same time that my rent payment was due. I was lost about how to straighten all this out. I called Val and he helped my reinstate my automatic payments with the new account and then contacted the owners to explain why my payment was late. They understood and so everything is all settled to everyone's satisfaction. It is good to know that if i run into problems I can turn to Val for help

Ira was very efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive while working with us. Ira checked on the pet policy for us and answered all of our questions. He even gave us information about the nearest stores and shops in the area as we looked at a property in an area that was unfamiliar to us. For things he was unsure about, he told us he would get back to us and he followed through in a more than timely manner. We were able to apply to the property and get approved rather quickly. Ira really made this process a breeze and was available for all of our questions and needs after the showing. We loved working with Ira and wouldn't want it any other way.

I changed to Bay Property Management group a year ago and wish i would have found them years ago. BMG has been great to work with. They return phone calls, respond quickly to emails, support tenant and do not let the property owner get taken advantage of. And if you work with BMG, make sure you ask for Roxanne Cabal to support you. She is fantastic.

I was in a terrible situation at my house. I had a back up in basement bathroom I called Angel Martinez my property manager right away. I was in dire straits and needed a Plummer asap.
